Igemon watches come with a 2-year International warranty. In the unlikely event of malfuntion, please click the link below and submit the warranty form.
It is essential to determine your name, order number as well as send us accurate photos of the purchased product.
Battery replacements are not covered from the warranty.
Bellow you can see some of the cases, were your Igemon watch is not covered from the warranty.
1) Damage or malfuntion which was caused from improper use, inability to follow instructions or accidents (crushing, broken glass, etc.)
2) Color alterations of the leather or stainless steel strap, scratched case or crystal, as a result of normal wear and tear.
3) If you have given your Igemon watch, for any action, to a repairman who does not cooperate with our company (eg for battery replacement, service or repairs of any kind).
A warranty receipt must be sent with your watch.
Please note that your warranty does not cover battery replacement, but this service may be offered at a reasonable cost.
To take advantage of your warranty, follow the instructions that will be given, in case you need to maintain your watch.
